Each session we will work with both your conscious and your unconscious with the 72 names of God from Kabbalah and Ericksonian Hypnosis techniques.

We will heal each of the 10 emotions of power and connect with them in order to bring out the greatest potential of your body, mind and emotions!
Coach, containment and information during the 5 weeks through the WhatsApp group.

Chores

Introspection and analysis exercises will be left.
We will learn to feel and reconnect with our body

The interior changes should be noticed at the end of the workshop!

Exercises will be left to perform on days when there is no session.

The interior changes will also be reflected on the exterior!

The activities will be of a degree of difficulty from medium to low.

It is only important that the physical energy moves, as well as the emotional and mental ones.
